For a modest fee, a general detail will be provided to help you with your drawings.

The list and form are at the bottom of this page.
The drawings listed relate to commercial construction.
They are genetic. Graphically they provide the basis for the construction method.
When a drawing is received, the graphic layout, dimensions and text must be read carefully. Modify any aspects to ensure it suits the specific project in which it is incorporated.
Each item is produced at the scale typical to a set of construction drawings.
For example a wall section is provided at 3/4” = 1’-0”.
A door frame section is at 3” = 1’-0”.
Each is available in either a PDF format or CAD format.
The method of delivery is electronic. The drawing is sent as an e-mail attachment.
PDF Drawing
In order to open and read a PDF file, it is necessary to have Adobe Reader installed on your computer. The latest version is recommended.

Adobe Reader
Once Adobe Reader is installed on your computer you will be able to open and view any PDF file.
The PDF drawing is on an 8-1/2" x 11" sheet.
The information is drawn to the scale indicated on the sheet.
A PDF detail from the list is available for $ 6.00 each.
A request is priced separately based on the information provided.
CAD Drawing
In order to open and use the AutoCAD drawing, it is necessary to have a PC AutoCAD program installed on your computer. A 2006 or higher version is required. A Macintosh/ Apple version is not available at this time.
The AutoCAD file is in paperspace. The sheet size is 8-1/2" x 11".
It is drawn to the scale indicated on the sheet.
To incorporate the drawing into any other type of drawing sheet setup, the model space layout will need to be scaled and modified.
A CAD file is available for $ 12.00 each.
A request is priced separately based on the information provided.

Procedure
Purchasing a drawing may be done in one of two ways.
Method 1 – Pay, Then Fill in The Form
Purchase the PDF or CAD file by selecting the appropriate Buy Button.
Once complete, fill in the purchase form at the bottom of this page and type in the name and number of the item.
When the payment and form are received, the file will be e-mailed within 24 hours.
PayPal or credit cards are accepted. Simply follow the instructions on the screen after selecting the Buy Button. When completed you will be returned to this page to fill in the purchase form.
Method 2 – Fill in The Form, Then Pay
Fill in the request form below and type in the name and number of the item.
A response will follow within 24 hours, acknowledging your request.
You will have to return to this page to make a payment.

Once payment is received and verified, the file will be e-mailed within 24 hours.
